Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2021: The counselling process for the state of Rajasthan is organised under the Medical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan. The Office of the Chairman, UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board and Principal & Controller, SMS Medical College and HospitalAdmission Board Jaipur will conduct the counselling as per the schedule of the Authority.

The Counselling will start after the announcement of NEET UG Result 2021. All the candidates from Rajasthan who will appear in NEET UG 2021 exams will fill up the online registration form for the 85% seats under the state quota NEET counselling. The selection process will be based on NEET 2021 state ranks.

Rajasthan NEET 2021 State Quota Counselling

Rajasthan NEET 2021 counselling for 85% State Quota seats is expected to conduct in September this year as per the exam date of NEET 2021. But it may also be delayed due to the ongoing situation in the country. Through this NEET state counselling, MBBS/BDS seats will be allotted to the candidates in various government, private and deemed universities/colleges of Rajasthan.

After the publication of the NEET-UG 2021 Result, the Medical Counselling Committee will conduct online counselling for 15% of All India MBBS & BDS seats. Only after which the counselling will start for the 85% seats under the state quota. The counselling will be conducted in various rounds. All eligible candidates have to fill the counselling registration form to appear for the NEET State Counselling, Rajasthan.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan NEET Counselling

All the candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria may lose their candidature from NEET counselling. The basic Eligibility for NEET 2021 is as follows-

AgeCandidate applying must be of a minimum of 17 years of age on and before 31st December 2021.
Qualification-Candidate must have qualified their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% (40% for SC/ST/OBC) together in all the subjects.
-He/ She must also have qualify NEET 2021.

Qualification Criteria for MBBS and BDS

Reservation for NEET State Counselling- Rajasthan

15% All India Quota seats under the state will be filled up by the DGHS on the behalf of MCI. Rest 85% seats will be filled under state quota by the state governments. Here, we have shared the reservation criteria for both MBBS and BDS seats in the state of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan NEET State Quota Counselling Registration 2021

The first and most important step in NEET counselling is registration. The Registration form for state counselling will be filled only through online mode and it is compulsory to fill this form to appear in the counselling. Candidates have to fill an online registration form to be eligible for counselling. The online registration form can be filled by following the given steps-

  • Visit the official website of DME, Rajasthan.
  • Click on the link provided for counseling.
  • Now Register yourself by entering all the required details such as Name, roll number, application number, date of birth etc.
  • Now candidates have to choose a password and click on submit button.
  • Candidates have to enter the OTP sent to their registered mobile number.
  • Finally, click on confirm registration.

Registration Fee

Candidates seeking admission in medical/dental courses in Rajasthan are required to fill the registration form by paying a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1200/- for SC, ST category candidate of Rajasthan state domicile) + applicable e-Mitra charges through Internet banking / Debit card / Credit card or at any e-Mitra CSC kiosk centre (authorized by the Government of Rajasthan).

Note: The registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable and not adjustable for any future State UG admissions. Any plea in this matter shall not be entertained.

Required Documents for Registration

  • NEET UG 2021 Admit Card
  • NEET-UG 2021 Score Card/ Rank Card
  • Copy of Registration Form
  • Allotment Letter
  • Mark sheet of secondary examination (10th class)
  • Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent.
  • Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet/certificate or any other equivalent certificate showing the date of birth.
  • Certificate/ Document providing your eligibility as selected by you at the time of filling online registration form- (I to XI).
  • Receipt issued by e-Mitra/ CSC Kiosk containing the Token number.
  • A copy of photo ID (driving licence / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / School ID card / 12th class examination admit card / Aadhaar card).
  • Valid Caste Certificate, sub-category certificate, if applicable.
  • Domicile certificate, if applicable
  • 4 Passport size photo same as affixed on the registration form.
  • PH certificate, if applicable, from a Govt. Medical College of Rajasthan State.

Rajasthan NEET State Quota Counselling Procedure

Rajasthan NEET 2021 state quota counselling consist of a series of the process until the final admission. Every step in the process is essential to secure candidature. After the verification of the documents for the candidates on the State Merit List, the registration process will start for the selected candidates. The Counselling Procedure will include the following steps-

Registration
Candidate Registration is an important step to appear for the counselling process. Registration for the state counselling will be done on the official website of the authority.

Payment of Fee
The next step in the counselling is the payment of the registration fee. Without paying the fee, the student will not be permitted to sit for the counselling.

Choice Filling
After the payment of the registration fee, candidates are required to fill and lock choices for their preferred courses and colleges. Once the choice has been locked it cannot be changed or modified. Lastly, candidates have to take a printout of the duly filled registration form.

Allotment of seats
Based on choices filled by the candidates, the counselling authority will allot seats to the candidates and will publish the result online.

Reporting
Candidates now have to report to the allotted colleges along with all the required documents. After the verification of documents candidates will be allotted seats.

Second Round Counseling
Candidates who will not be allotted any seats in the first round or those who are not satisfied with the allotted seats can apply for second round counselling and can get a seat in MBBS/BDS course.

Important Points related to Rajasthan NEET State Quota Counselling 2021

  • Rajasthan NEET 2021 counselling will be conducted as per the schedule of the state counselling authority.
  • The first round and the second round of counselling will be online counselling, whereas the mop-up round of counselling will be conducted in an offline mode.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria before filling the online registration form.

Provisional Combined Merit List (Counseling) MBBS & BDS Admissions – 2016 my merit no is 5457 and in WDP my merit no is 125 so is there any chance of getting any government college.
