NEET State Wise Counselling Registration State Merit List Seat Allotment 2017

NEET State Wise Counselling Registration Provisional Merit List Cut Off 2017: National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG has successfully conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on 7th May 2017 at various examination centers across the country. The offline pen & paper based examination was conducted for the MBBS and BDS courses for academic session 2017-18.

As per the official report, almost one million candidates had appeared in NEET 2017 exam. This is more than 45% from the previous year’s number of candidates.

12th July 2017: Directorate of Medical Education & Research Maharashtra has announced DMER NEET State Quota Provisional Merit List 2017. Candidates can download merit list from the official website of DMER i.e.www.dmer.org

10th July 2017: Directorate of Medical Education and Training Department, Uttar Pradesh has published the UP NEET State quota merit list for MBBS/BDS courses.

2nd July 2017: Andhra Pradesh has announced NEET State Quota Rank list on 2nd July. Appeared candidates can download the rank list from below link.

Good News (12/06/2017): Good news for all NEET Candidates, The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to declare the results of the NEET 2017 examination, staying a Madras High Court order which had put a hold on the declaration of results. Now CBSE may announce NEET Result 2o17 anytime. Candidates are advised to keep checking this page for more latest updates.

As per the news, Supreme Court ordered to CBSE that the result of NEET 2017 be declared by June 26th, 2017. So now there will be no delayed in NEET Result and we hope it will be declared as per new schedule.

NEET State Wise Expected Cut Off

NEET UG 2017 Examination Details

The main reason is that last year NEET was accepted only in some states but after the Supreme Court orders, NEET is now the only entrance examination for medical admission in the country.

The seats are classified in the following categories:

(i) All India Quota Seats (ii) State Government Quota Seats (iii) State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental Colleges or any Private/ Deemed University (iv) Central Pool Quota Seats

A total of 11, 38,890 students registered for this examination including 1522 NRIs, 480 OCIs, 70 PIOs & 613 Foreigners. This exam has been conducted in 10 languages at 1921 Exam Centres in 103 cities.

NEET Cut Off Marks For AIQ and State Level Quota

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the NEET UG Result 2017 along with the 15% AIQ seats cut off for all categories. It is necessary to score minimum marks set by the CBSE to get admission in MBBS & BDS Colleges.

Only those candidates will be eligible for the NEET Counselling who will score equal or more than the official cut off marks set by the CBSE. The NEET cut off marks will be set on the basis of the number of candidates appeared, seat availability, and marks scored by the each candidate.

This year, AIQ cut off will be too high because of a huge amount of candidates as our experts are predicting. It will be cleared on the result announcement date. So we have to wait for the result.

NEET UG Result 2017

The NEET UG Result 2017 has announced on 23rd June 2017 on CBSE Results official website. All appeared candidates can download their result and score card from the official website of CBSE NEET. Candidates can easily get their NEET Result and score card by following below steps.

  • First, login to CBSE NEET official website i.e. www.cbseneet.nic.in
  • Now, click on the link “NEET Result 2017” scrolling up and down on the left sidebar.
  • Enter the Roll no. and date of birth.
  • Click on enter button to see the result and scored marks.
  • Ask for 2-4 printouts of the result as it will be used further.

CBSE NEET UG AIQ and State Quota Counselling 2017

NEET All India Quota Counselling 2017

The NEET UG Counselling will be conducted for All India Quota and State Level Quota for 15% AIQ & 85%  State Quota Seats. Medical Council Committee has announced the AIQ NEET Counselling Schedule 2017 on their official website. Online registration will start from 3rd July 2017 to 11th July for 1st round counselling. Complete All India Quota Counselling schedule is given below.

All successful candidates will be invited in counselling to lock their college choices for MBBS and BDS courses. The online counselling will be started from 3rd July 2017.

Required Documents for Verification after college allotment

Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) for admission to under-graduate medical courses for admission to 15% of total seats on all-India basis required at the time of joining in allotted Medical / Dental College are as mentioned below.

(i) Admit Cards of Exam issued by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
(ii) Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
(iii) Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
(iv) Matric Certificate
(v) 10+2 Certificate
(vi) 10+2 Marks Sheet
(vii) Six (6) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
(viii) Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
(ix) Proof of identity.
(x) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:

  • (a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (in the standard format as specified in the prospectus/information bulletin) and it should be in English or Hindi in language. Subcaste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. Some of the States insist for the English version of Caste Certificate.
  • (b) OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer to claim OBC reservation benefit. The OBC certificate must be in the standard format as mentioned in the Prospectus/ Information Bulletin.
  • (c) Orthopedic Physical Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Boards. (Please see clause 10.1 of Information Bulletin of AIPMT, for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses, published by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for details). No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities/Hospital will be entertained.
