NEET Result 2020 will be announced as per the schedule but as of now no update about the release of the result is there from NTA. However, we can expect the publication of result in the last week of September or in the first week of October 2020. After announcing the NEET Result 2020, NTA will refer further procedure to Medical Counselling Committee (MCI). The responsibility of the NTA is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing All India Rank to the Directorate General Health Services, Government of India for the conduct of counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats and for supplying the result to state/other Counselling Authorities.

NEET 2020 Qualifying Percentile

In order to qualify the NEET exam and to become eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS programs, one should secure marks as per the criteria fixed by NTA. For each category of candidates, NTA has fixed a minimum qualifying marks criteria. Lets check the qualifying percentile for each category-

Post NEET Result Publication Activities

Once the result and cut-off details will be updated on the screen. Candidates can check it from the NEET portal and also from the link provided in the page. Candidates must keep all the login details ready with them so that they access their result easily.

After the publication of result, NTA will send the marks of the candidates qualified for 15% All India Quota seats counselling to MCC/DGHS. NTA is only confined to the conduct of NEET exam and publication of result and score card. Further admission activities are conducted at central and state level by designated authorities.
