  • Display of newly added/vacant seats & also of anticipated vacancies (seats will be available after the conversion of Vacant Seats in category/subcategory and up-gradation of previously allotted seats with newly offered seats).
  • Earlier Choices submitted by the candidate will be null and void for this round.
  • Fresh Choices submission for seat allotment in the 2nd round is mandatory.

  1. Admit Card of NEET 2021
  2. Result/rank letter of NEET 2021 issued by NTA
  3. Proof of Date of Birth (if not mentioned in the matriculation certificate) and identity.
  4. Mark-sheet and Certificate of Class X and XII.
  5. Eight passport-sized photographs.
  6. Provisional allotment letter.
  7. Migration certificate from the university.
  8. One set of self-attested copies of all the certificates.
  9. SC/ST/OBC certificate.
  10. Physical disability certificate.
