Admission Process for State Counselling @cgdme.co.in
The process of counselling is the way through which admission is offered to the candidates. The process itself consist of various subsequent steps in sequence. We are detailing the process below.
Stage 1: Registration
Registration is the foremost and essential step to get consideration for admission through counselling. Only the registered candidates will be able to proceed with further counselling. So, make sure to register for counselling. Registration will be done through the official website of the authority as per the schedule.
Register by creating a User ID and Password. All the further process will proceed thereafter. Also, a Registration fee is to be paid at this stage of counselling based on which the candidate will be deemed registered.
Stage 2: Verification of documents
The candidates who successfully register themselves for the counselling process will further undergo the process of verification. All the documents are mentioned in the next section, these documents will be required for the verification process. Students just have to make sure to bring in an additional copy of documents along with the original one.
Stage 3: Filling of Choices
The choice filling is the step where students need to choose their course program and the subsequent colleges. This is also an essential step as the choice will be the basis of seat allotment for the students. At this stage, a student just needs to make sure to lock up his filled choices. Also, do not forget to keep a hard copy of the same.
Stage 4: Seat Allotment
After the student complete the process of filling choices, the very next step will be the allotment of seats. Seats will be based on student’s rank and choice. After that, the students are required to report to the allotted college and secure admission.
